K-s Svetlina, Albona – Renaissance 1

There will be 4 stages of construction, with the first one already started and will be completed in October 2024. Currently, we are only selling the first stage.

The first stage includes the construction of Section B (entrances 3 and 4) and Section C (entrances 5 and 6), located in the upper and highest part of the plot, towards 3rd March Boulevard.

With the completion of this stage, Section B and C will be put into operation, with a total of 110 units, including 102 apartments (4 studios, 56 two-bedroom, 42 three-bedroom), 3 studios, and 5 additional facilities. Additionally, 108 parking spaces for cars (underground and above ground) and 165 bicycle parking spaces will be put into operation.

All entrances have an elevator that serves the underground level. Apartments with two bedrooms have two bathrooms. All apartments have a storage room or basement. The clear height of the residential floors is 260 cm. Some of the ground floor apartments (at +3.50 level) will have a courtyard-terrace as a direct connection to the interior space of the complex. The completion date for the first stage is October 2024.
