Armeyska 45-A, Dobrich, Bulgaria, PC 9300, EIK 103823214, stores and processes data of individuals (“Data Subjects”), as well as the results of such processing, in accordance with this Policy.

1. Individuals for whom Nov dom 1 stores and processes data

1.1. In connection with the provided Services, New Home 1 processes information regarding the following Data Subjects:
a/ individuals, users of the Website;
b/ individuals who have submitted inquiries (by phone call or by using one of the contact forms on the website);
c/ individuals who have sent other correspondence to New Home 1.

2. Information provided by you as users of the Website

2.1. You can use the Services provided through the Website by using the contact forms with New Home 1, where we clearly indicate the mandatory fields for providing personal data, without which we cannot provide our Services.

2.2. The website of New Home 1 provides informational services to Users without requiring registration.

2.3. New Home 1 stores and processes information about personal data received through the contact forms on the Website, through phone calls, or through sending correspondence via email.

2.4. New Home 1 stores and processes the information about the User’s email received through the inquiry form on the Website and when submitting proposals, as well as when entering into a written contract with the company or with one of its franchisees, with which New Home 1 has a franchise agreement.

3. Purposes for which we process personal data

3.1. New Home 1 collects, uses and processes the information described above for the following purposes:

a/ providing the requested information about real estate and related information services to the User,
b/ for the purpose of entering into a contract;
c/ for receiving and processing received offers, signals, complaints, requests and other correspondence;
d/ for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations related to the requirements for storing or providing information in connection with orders from competent state or judicial authorities.

4. The information we process and store

4.1. In relation to carrying out its main activity, through its websites, New Home 1 collects and processes information related to the search and offer of real estate, as for these purposes the agents, employees and administrators of New Home 1 enter into the corporate database information provided by the Users, as follows:

a/ when searching for a property: name, phone number, email, personal identification number (EGN), date of birth, search criteria;

b/ when offering a property: name, phone number, email of the owner, property address, sale price or monthly rent, basic characteristics of the property, according to the company’s requirements for entering specific information in the database;

c/ when reviewing job applications: names of the candidates, phone number, contact email, biographical data.

4.2. New Home 1 does not collect and store sensitive personal data of special categories within the meaning of Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Act, namely those that:

a/ disclose racial or ethnic origin;
b/ disclose political, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership in political parties or organizations, associations with religious, philosophical, political or trade union goals;
c/ relate to health, sexual life or the human genome.

5. Security

5.1. New Home 1 works to protect the confidentiality and security of the information it receives in the course of its activities. Access to this information is limited and there are policies and procedures in place to protect the information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized disclosure.

6. Use of the collected information

6.1. New Home 1 uses the provided information solely for the purpose of carrying out its activities and for facilitating desired real estate transactions and hiring new employees.

7. Retention periods for information and personal data

7.1. Registration data (such as name, surname, email address) and IP address – are stored indefinitely until you delete them.

7.2. System logs (may contain information such as date and time, IP address, URL, browser version, and device information) – are stored for a period of up to 1 year.

7.3. Database backups – are stored for up to 30 days.

7.4. Correspondence, complaints and reports, requests, including via email – are stored for a period of up to 5 years.

7.5. Records of phone calls or correspondence through messaging apps such as WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook, and What’s App – are stored for up to 3 months, except in exceptional cases where the records may have evidentiary value in civil disputes – then the records are stored for up to 4 years.

7.6. Resumes and related documents of job applicants at New Home 1 – are stored for up to 2 years from the date of submission.

7.7. The specified periods may be changed in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation.

7.8. When resolving disputes and conducting legal proceedings, it is possible to retain data for longer than the specified periods – until the final conclusion of the dispute and the legal proceedings.

8. Information provision policy

8.1. New Home 1 does not provide any personal data of users to third parties, except with their explicit consent and in cases provided by law.

8.2. In order to facilitate desired real estate transactions by Users who have submitted offers for real estate listings, New Home 1 has the right to provide third parties with a descriptive characteristic of these properties, prepared in accordance with New Home 1’s corporate practice rules and presented in the public section of the Website, as well as to provide the counterparty in the transaction with documents regarding the property ownership.

9. Your rights regarding the personal data you have provided to New Home 1

9.1. Users of the Website have the legal right to request details about the personal information we store about them. New Home 1 gives you the opportunity to keep your personal information accurate and up to date. At any time, you can request New Home 1 to correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. You can also request to receive confirmation whether your personal data is being processed by New Home 1, as well as exercise your right to correct your personal data, data portability, or withdraw your consent for the storage and processing of your personal data.

9.2. In the above cases, you should submit a request through the main contact form on the Website.

9.3. When deleting personal data provided in connection with processed offers and property search requests by New Home 1, the number of the respective offer/request and its content, as well as information about the date of deletion of your personal data, will remain in our database.

9.4. When a request for the deletion of personal data or objection to their storage and processing by Mirela is received, we will review your request and, if justified, fulfill it. If we believe that there are compelling legal grounds for the storage and processing of your personal data or that these actions are necessary to protect our rights, we will inform you accordingly.
