Golden Sands (until June 29, 1942, Uzun Kum)[1] is one of the three major Bulgarian seaside resorts, located in the northern part of the Bulgarian Black Sea. It is situated in the Varna Municipality, Primorski district, 16 km away from the center of Varna.
