PLOT – INVESTMENT – PROJECT

Residential building project, located by the sea in the village of Shkorpilovtsi in Plot XXVIII_18, sq.1 of the resort “Mecho uho”. The plot is on the first line by the sea, bordered to the north and west by the Fandukliyska River. The river running along the western and northern boundaries allows for a beautiful shoreline design, combined with the construction of a small boat dock. The border with the riverbank and the immediate proximity to the beach make the location unique for the entire resort. In the eastern direction, the asphalt road serves as a coastal promenade, outlining the boundary of the beach strip. The requirements for minimum distances to the regulatory lines have been met.
