The complex is located in a beautiful area, close to the resort complex of Pamporovo (8 km), as well as to villa settlements and dozens of individual scattered private villas in the area. The complex fits perfectly into the unique nature of the Rhodope Mountains.

The complex consists of two buildings with apartments, each with two entrances, as well as a separate building representing a hotel with a pool and many service and utility rooms. The buildings are perfectly located on a 10-acre terrain. Most of the apartments have a southeast exposure and panoramic views of the beautiful mountain. Each entrance has an elevator and stylishly finished common areas. Each apartment is provided with a parking space on the complex’s territory. The buildings are in a characteristic architectural style for the area, with emphasized bay windows, arches, wooden cladding on the facade, and stone cladding on the lower part. The windows have dark PVC frames with high thermal insulation qualities, in a wooden design, contrasting with the white facade covered with silicone structural plaster.

The territory of the complex will abound with greenery and recreational areas intended for the owners and their guests. The apartments are of the following types: studios (one-room), two-room and three-room apartments. Each owner will have the opportunity to take advantage of our services for turnkey finishing, furnishing and overall completion of the apartment. The heating of each individual unit will be provided by central heating, which will also ensure hot water.

The building maintenance will be carried out by the company that owns and manages the hotel part of the complex – a company with solid experience in servicing this type of properties and hotels in the resort of Pamporovo. The company will offer a short-term rental service for the apartments. Each owner will have the option to rent out their property through us when they are not using it – this way the property will generate income for the owner who decides to take advantage of the service.
