An architectural combination of High-quality Mineral Plaster, combined with a ventilated facade made of HPL panels has been used.

Geothermal inverter heat pump with built-in circulation pumps, external module for activating cooling, system control, etc.

WINDOWS AND DOORS:

Schüco PVC joinery, Living 82 AS system, and glazing with the highest energy-efficient characteristics.

CERTIFIED:

The first residential building in Bulgaria certified according to the sustainable construction standard “EDGE”. The design chosen for this project aims to achieve energy savings ranging from 43% to 50%, water savings ranging from 34% to 37%, and embodied energy savings ranging from 23% to 30%.

GEOTHERMAL ENERGY:

Heat pumps operate on the following principle: they extract energy from the ground or the surrounding air and transfer it into your home through the water in the heating system. The energy stored in the ground or in the air is easily extracted and can be used for heating, hot water, and cooling. This way, nature provides us with perfect home comfort in an economical way and with almost zero harmful impact on the environment.

Using renewable energy significantly reduces heating and cooling costs, as well as the impact on the environment.

ADVANTAGES OF GEOTHERMAL ENERGY:

• Warm in winter – The heat pump extracts warmth from the ground or the air and increases its temperature. Then it redirects it to the distribution system in the building – usually radiators, underfloor heating, or fan coil units.
• Cool in summer – During summer, the process can simply be reversed. The heat pump extracts heat from the house and transfers it back into the ground, providing you with cooling that is much cheaper than traditional air conditioners.
• Geothermal heat pumps are the most efficient heating technology, achieving the highest A+++ category in the EU labeling system.

CERTIFIED TO EDGE STANDARD:

The building will be the first in Bulgaria to be certified to the EDGE sustainable construction standard. An innovation of the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank, EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) guarantees a better life, environment, and living in certified buildings through:
