Brief technical description of the climate system.
The system is built with a high-tech DAIKIN ALtherma machine, which heats and cools the building, as well as produces domestic hot water. The internal hydro module is located in the central subscriber area, which supplies the installation throughout the house via a buffer. The individual zones on the floors are supplied by the buffer through collectors and pump groups OVENTROP – manufactured in Germany.
There is underfloor heating on all floors, except for the bedrooms on the second floor and the space in the living area on the third floor. In the same areas, heating and cooling are done by high-tech JAGA convectors. They are built into the floor around the windows.
The ground floor has a DAIKIN SKY/AIR system, which heats and cools the rooms through a ventilation system and brings in fresh air.
On the roof, there are built Viessmann solar panels, a total of five, which are used for producing domestic hot water year-round, as well as assisting in heating during the winter.
During the summer, the excess energy, through a special heat exchanger and a circulation pump, heats the water in the pool.
All systems are monitored automatically and are controlled by complementing each other for the main machines, with Wi-Fi controllers installed for internet management.
