“Pearl Park” Building

The residential building Pearl Park is located in the southwestern part of Sofia, at the foot of Vitosha Mountain in the Ovcha Kupel neighborhood. It stands out with excellent views of the mountain from the upper floors and panoramic views of the city. In close proximity and in combination with excellent infrastructure, there are hypermarkets, schools, kindergartens, New Bulgarian University, and a metro station.
