New Home 1 – Key Partner of GrowthCon360
Yordan Yordanov, co-owner of the real estate agency “Nov Dom 1,” construction entrepreneur, investor, participated in GrowthCon 360 – a national event dedicated to the development and retention of young talents in Bulgaria. GrowthCon360 is an initiative by Plamen P. Popov, founder of “Start Young” and the TV show “The Entrepreneur’s Secret,” in partnership with UNWE, the Student Council at UNWE, and the National Representation of Student Councils (NRSC).
“Nov Dom 1” is one of the key partners of the forum and the initiative. They managed to bring together on one stage at the beginning of December leaders, visionaries, and experts with real results and strong Bulgarian hearts. GrowthCon360 became an event that brings direction, meaning, and action in the presence of over 300 registered students and more than 100 business owners.

Yordan Yordanov participated in a business debate with leading entrepreneurs, including Prof. Georgi Dimitrov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Evrotrust Technologies, Hristo Dimitrov, founder of the ensemble “Bulgare,” Dr. Anselmo Caporosi, Chief Director of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria, Milen Bonkalov, manager of Oriflame Bulgaria, Nikolaya Dimitrova, director of the national TV channel BG+, and Iskra Milkova Angelova, founder of “HighLight Singing Academy.”
The discussion marked the beginning of a long-term national conversation about the future of young people and the establishment of a functional connection between education, business, and institutions.
The Mission of GrowthCon 360
Plamen Popov commented: “Keeping young people in Bulgaria is just a cliché. GrowthCon360 is the first step towards realizing this idea. I have organized over 450 events in the last ten years with more than 30,000 participants, but the most inspiring thing about GrowthCon360 was not the numbers—over 300 registered students and more than 100 business owners. The most inspiring were the people behind the brands who joined with the mission to help young Bulgarians find their path to success in their home country. So that the country, in which we develop, can retain its most valuable resource: its people.”
He expressed his gratitude for the support of the event co-organizers from UNWE represented by Prof. Dr. Dimitar Dimitrov, a lecturer at the university, with whom the forum signed a memorandum of partnership, and Angel Stoykov, chairman of NPSS.

People with whom I have worked for years, during which a true partnership and friendship have been born. These people only needed one call to agree to support this important mission,” emphasized Popov.
