“School of Money” teaches you how to profit from real estate investments

For yet another year, the real estate agency Nov Dom 1 reported on the successes of its consultants who participate in the “School of Money” initiative. On January 17th, during the company`s annual meeting the most successful consultants who made personal profits from real estate investments were recognized for their success. In 2025, they made personal profits from real estate investments ranging from BGN 22,000 to BGN 225,000.

“As part of the initiative, which has been coordinated by the agency’s investment department, consultants are trained not only on how to be successful professionals, but also on how to manage and invest their personal financial resources in real estate—the safest investment on the market. Can you imagine someone teaching you how to make money? Their personal success as investors and entrepreneurs—both in choosing properties and reselling them— has been multiplied in the successful work of the company’s long-standing program, “Make Money While You Rest,” which encourages and supports clients’ investments in real estate.

“Real estate is one of the most secure and popular ways to build financial stability. It offers the opportunity for long-term income, protection against inflation, and capital growth over time. In the Nov Dom 1 project – “School of Money” – we teach our teams how to work in the real estate market, how to make smart investments, what risks exist, and how to manage them. The goal is to develop financial thinking and skills for making informed decisions that lead to financial independence,” said Miroslav Stoyanov. He encouraged his colleagues and professionals looking for a new job to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the Money School at Nov Dom 1.

During the agency’s annual team meeting, the 2025 Office of the Year award went to the Bulgaria, Sofia office, with Ivan Dimitrov named Manager of the Year. The award for debut went to Darina Radeva from the Red Square office in Varna, and the award for broker of the year 2025 went to Venelin Babanov, manager of the same office.
