Yordan Yordanov among the winners in Bulgaria’s Top 100 Workplace Leaders 2026 at Career Show

Yordan Yordanov, co-owner and managing director of the real estate agency Nov Dom 1, is among the big winners in Career Show’s Bulgaria’s Top 100 Workplace Leaders initiative. With overwhelming public support in the public vote, he stood out among 370 nominees. He thus earned his place in the final list of inspiring leaders who are shaping the future of the working environment in Bulgaria.
“Bulgaria’s Top 100 Workplace Leaders” is a prestigious index that focuses on individuals who play a key role in shaping a remarkable corporate culture, strong and happy teams, and an excellent employer brand.

Among them are:
● Senior management: CEO, General Manager, Country Manager, Managing Director.
● HR leaders and visionaries: Chief People Officer, Head of HR, Head of Talent Acquisition.
● Culture and communications experts: Head of Employer Branding, Head of People & Culture, CMO, CCO.
● Development specialists: Head of L&D, DEI leaders, and experienced HR business partners.
The winners were determined based on a public vote held between February 2 and 15, 2026. The index is composed of the 100 individuals who received the most support during the voting.

The “Money School” is proof of his innovation—it is the first internal training program for consultants that turns them into successful professionals and skilled investors. Nov Dom 1’s three-year training program turns brokers into successful consultants and allows them to generate personal profits from real estate investments. In 2025, the personal profits outside of brokerage activities of consultants who have completed the program range from BGN 22,000 to 225,000.

Other employer policies, such as awards and bonuses, include trips to European and global destinations, 100% commission after results, and large bonuses every 5 years. The program to encourage childbirth and the bonus pension program support sustainable employment. After achieving high results, two consultants have already become partners.
